Kosher Certification

Why Kosher?

"Kosher" literally means "fit". In an era where the awareness of food and its contents has reached new heights of public concern, kosher food manufacturers, particularly in the USA, have noticed a sharp upturn in sales which far outstrips their Jewish customer base. Marketing research showed that the general public were buying kosher food products for their improved standards of quality and hygiene.

Recently, here in the Greater London area, there has been an increase of kosher restaurants to serve the general public. This trend is expected to continue over the next few yaers because the customers appreciate not only the taste of kosher food, but the fact that they know that the products used are pure without any compromise.
