In an era where the awareness of food and its contents has reached new heights of public concern, kosher food manufacturers, particularly in the USA, have noticed a sharp upturn in sales which far outstrips their Jewish customer base. Marketing research showed that the general public were buying kosher food products for their improved standards of quality and hygiene.

Write, email or fax to Rabbi M.D. Elzas (Fax: +44 (0)20 8203 0610) at the Federation of Synagogues detailing your product and giving us contact details.
If writing or faxing, please include your contact name, full address and phone number,and full product details.
In order to achieve Kosher Certification all ingredients and method of manufacture must meet our Kosher Approval.
