All Shechita, nikkur (porging), kashering and kashrut certification is under the strict supervision of the Rabbinical Authority of the Board. The Rabbinical Authority is a Beis Din Tzedek comprising Dayan S Amor, Ab Beit Din of the Spanish and Portuguese Jews' Congregation, Dayan M Gelley, Senior Dayan of the United Synagogues of Great Britain and Dayan Y Y Lichtenstein, Rosh Beis Din of the Federation of Synagogues.
